Under the Smoke-free (Signs) Regulations, as from July 1st 2007, every business and public place in England must show one of the signs in this section at every entrance to the building. Failure to do so could result in a fine. Business and public vehicles must also display the no smoking pictogram. Any individual caught smoking may also be fined.
