Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. We accept credit and debit card payments including Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, post or email. Please make sure that any information you supply is exactly the same as that held by the card issuer otherwise there can be problems with authorisation and therefore the speedy handling of your order.
PLEASE CHECK THAT YOUR ADDRESS DETAILS EXACTLY MATCH THOSE HELD BY THE CARD ISSUER.
IF DELIVERY ADDRESS IS DIFFERENT FROM INVOICE ADDRESS THIS MAY CAUSE DIFFICULTIES WITH AUTHORISATION IN SOME CASES
24 hour delivery (most mainland UK) £6.00 + VAT. Orders above £150 nett are shipped carriage free to these mainland sites. Special deliveries can be arranged if required (e.g. morning and or weekend delivery). Delivery to other areas or countries will be charged extra. In the UK, this means islands and the following Scottish postcodes - IV, KW, some AB, some PA and some PH - please contact us for more details. We will despatch stock items immediately but please note some items may not always be in stock. If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you and despatch it immediately upon receipt. Please let us know if this is not acceptable. For orders made from the UK 20% VAT is added. Certain items (safety boots and helmets) can be zero rated if you contact us by phone. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
All items are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
Terms of payment are full payment to be made on order unless you open a Trade Account with us.
We operate a 7 day returns policy subject to our being contacted to agree to the return. Returned goods must be in an unused, re-saleable condition to qualify for credit or replacement. Any items made to special order are not subject to return.
